Lodhra

Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) is known to inhibit androgen receptors and acts as a menstrual modulator.

Methi

Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is known to have insulin sensitizing action and helps regularize the menstrual cycle.

Mundi

Mundi (Sphaeranthus indicus) possesses anxiolytic properties and is known to inhibit androgen receptors.

Dosage: One tablet twice daily for 3 to 6 months, or as directed by your physician.

Side effects: Evecare forte is not known to have any side effects if taken as per the prescribed dosage.
